We offer flexible payment options to suit international travelers:
- PayPal or Bank Transfer: (An additional 3% transaction fee applies)
- Credit Card: Accepted directly at our office (An additional 2% banking fee applies)
- Cash: Accepted in VND or USD at our office or directly handed to your tour guide upon tour commencement.

Right after you submit your booking, our system records your request, and our operations team will manually review and send you an official Booking Confirmation Email with your detailed itinerary, schedule, and voucher details.

Once you approve the custom itinerary and quote provided by our Travel Consultant, we require a 30% deposit via credit card or secure bank transfer to secure services (hotels, transport, guides). The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival in Vietnam at our office or paid directly to our guide.

We strive to keep our policies transparent and customer-friendly:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to tour departure receive a full refund (minus minimal bank/admin charges).
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Customized multi-day packages may carry specific hotel/flight supplier conditions.

Our tour package quotes do not include personal medical or travel insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all international travelers. Please ensure you secure adequate policy coverage in your home country before departure.

For all multi-day package tours originating in Da Nang, Hoi An, or Hue, airport pick-ups and drop-offs are fully included. For standard day tours or custom itineraries, airport transfer can be arranged smoothly upon request with our travel consultants.
