• 3:30 PM : Meet & Greet

- Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel lobby (for Private Tour) or at the meeting point (53 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoi An) (for Group Tour).Start with a walk through a vibrant local market. You will see fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices used in everyday Hoi An cooking.

• 4:00 PM : First Stop: Famous White Rose Dumplings

- Walk through the historic streets to a famous family-run restaurant.Try Banh Bao Banh Vac (White Rose Dumplings)—a delicate, local specialty made with spiced shrimp wrapped in clear rice dough.

• 4:30 PM : Street Food Tasting & Local Stories

- Visit local eateries to try more authentic dishes. Your guide will explain the ingredients and the culture behind each food:

o Cao Lau Noodle: Hoi An’s iconic noodle dish made with local herbs, pork, and crispy croutons.

o Fried Wonton: Crispy wonton topped with a savory meat and vegetable sauce.

o Banh Mi:The world-famous Vietnamese baguette sandwich with savory fillings.

o Banh Xeo: Crispy Vietnamese pancakes filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, wrapped in fresh rice paper and herbs..

• 6:10 PM: Hoai River Boat Trip & Lantern ReleaseWalk to the boat station for a relaxing wooden boat ride along the Hoai River.. Watch Hoi An Ancient Town light up with thousands of colorful lanterns reflected on the water.
